FAQS

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes! Hypnosis is similar to a sleep state. You usually feel relaxed, at peace, and stress-free during a session. Many clients wish they could remain in a hypnosis session just because it is such an enjoyable experience.

Is hypnosis new?

No. The practice has actually been used since the dawn of civilization. Many new insights into the brain under hypnosis has recently been discovered with today's technology and science, but essentially the practice still remains true to its ancient roots.

Can hypnosis be practiced remotely through Zoom?

Yes, many people have had successful hypnosis sessions without ever setting foot into a "brick and mortar" hypnotist's office. If you have the means to hold a good conversation over Skype or Zoom with friends or family, then you have everything you need to have a remote hypnosis session.

What are the fees for a hypnosis session?

The fees for a hypnosis session will be within a range. The complexity of the needed sessions will determine the price. For example, a session to lesson anxiety for an upcoming school exam will be less than a session for PTSD.

Does Relief Hypnosis offer discounts?

Sometimes. The offering of discounts by Relief Hypnosis is discretionary and will be determined on a case by case basis.

Does Relief Hypnosis offer Pro-Bono sessions?

Yes! Relief Hypnosis is currently running a free single session to help those who are experiencing anxiety due to the Covid virus.

Does Relief Hypnosis take insurance?

No. But upon request, we will provide to the client a receipt in order for them to ask reimbursement from an insurance provider.
